Bajco Global Management LLC (BGM) is the management company that manages 132 Papa John’s Pizza restaurants owned and operated by Bajco Group, the Second Largest Franchisee in Papa John’s system.
BGM set up its BPO office to manage bookkeeping and accounting functions for the affiliated Bajco Group companies in Lahore, Pakistan in 2005. The affiliated Bajco Group companies at that time owned less than 10 restaurants. As the number Of restaurants owned by the affiliated companies grew, BGM scaled up its BPO Office operations. BPC office currently manages the bookkeeping function for all Bajco Group-owned restaurants and currently employs a staff of 17 qualified and experienced accountants, who are well versed with bookkeeping and accounting of Papa John’s restaurants. Our BPO organization offers a highly competitive compensation package and benefits, resulting in a very high retention rate. The average tenure for accountants employed by our BPO office is around 10 years.
Our team has years Of experience in retrieving data from Franchisor Portals (VBO, OARS, FOCUS) and have been provided extensive training on these portals to independently collect data without causing any undue data collection burden on field operations teams.
Every month, our BPO team prepares the financial statements within 15 days of the close of the previous monthly period and sends over the monthly P&Ls to Director Operations for their review. Moreover, Our in-house audit team reconciles the bank and merchant card deposits with the Daily Operating
Reports, on a daily basis, and report discrepancies, if any, to the field operation teams.
